We were able to meet with your staff ... and make a lot of the decisions that needed to be made ahead of time. This pre-arrangement made things so much easier when our Father passed away. When mom was dealing with her cancer returning, towards the end of her life we realized that we had to face the fact of her eminent passing. Obviously, that was not an easy time, however, it truly was a blessing how you helped us with the process.

Therefore, we would like to try to express our deepest gratitude and most sincere appreciation for all of your time and genuine kindness!

We thank you for the many details and questions that you helped us with. The special hidden touches of thoughtfulness will always be cherished, and that is thanks to your very considerate staff, and mainly you Rick! Especially with providing us with some very private and special moments that will be cherished always!

We now have a better understanding for what others have gone through when having to deal with the process of a loved one's dying. It is difficult to imagine how you must feel at times, with having to deal with death on a daily basis, but when you realize and focus on what it means to the rest of the family and friends, and how you can help them, it all makes sense!

We appreciate all of your understanding, time, and support! And, are eternally touched and grateful! With Much Love and Gratitude!
